Heat oil in a pan then fry Cook’s French Roast for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until internal temp reaches 165F. Set aside.
For Marble Potatoes:
Heat butter in a pan and saute marbled potatoes for 1 minute. Add in onions then saute until fragrant.
Add your lemons and chicken cube. Simmer for 30 seconds before adding cream and water. Bring to a quick boil then lower heat to medium low.
Add in Cook’s French Roast then simmer for another 4 minutes. Garnish and serve with parsley and cheese.
