1 quarter leg – Cook’s Flavor Origins Mediterranean Roast
1 tbsp – Olive oil
1 pc – Pizza crust (10 inches)
4 tbsp – BBQ sauce
½ cup – Mozzarella cheese
10 pc – Onion rings
Instructions
Coat Cook’s Flavor Origins Mediterranean Roast with olive oil. Fry for 6 minutes on each side.
Place in a 450℉ (232 C) preheated oven for another 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Let it cool before flaking the chicken meat and set aside (yields 250g).
Top BBQ sauce, cheese, onion rings, and Mediterranean Roast onto the pizza crust.
Store it in a zip-lock bag and pop it in the oven before serving.
