Cook’s Flavor Origins South African Roast

Ingredients

Main:

  • Cook’s Flavor Origins South African Roast – 1 pack
  • Olive Oil – 3 tbsp

Sauce:

  • Parsley – ¼ cup
  • Cilantro – ¼ cup
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Red Wine Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • Olive Oil – 5 tbsp
  • Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – 1 tsp

Side:

  • Finger Chilis – as many as you like

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Roast:some text
    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    • Pan-sear the Cook’s Flavor Origins South African Roast for 4 minutes on each side (total of 8 minutes).
    • Transfer to a preheated oven at 450°F (232°C) and bake for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Make the Sauce:some text
    • In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and stir well until fully mixed.
  3. Prepare the Chilis:some text
    • Season finger chilis with salt and pepper.
    • Toss in olive oil and grill for 5 minutes or until charred.
  4. Serve:some text
    • Arrange the cooked roast on a serving plate, drizzle with the sauce, and serve alongside the charred finger chilis.
